CAD development and sales business
Based on the construction industry-related knowledge and technology that we have cultivated over many years, we develop and sell CADEWA, our proprietary building equipment CAD system, and Estimate CRAFT,
our estimate-producing software. We give shape to the needs of our clients with cutting-edge technology that is in line with industry trends and the provision of reliable support.
We focus on industry trends and market needs to expand globally and take on the challenge of new possibilities.
With CADEWA Smart, the latest iteration in the CADEWA series, we focused on market trends and market needs, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), which is being promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and major construction firms. In order to support the global expansion of the construction and equipment industry, we have made it possible to input and output data in multiple languages through the conversion of data into Unicode and have taken on the challenge of new possibilities through expansion in Japan as well as overseas.

Yondenko Agri-Farm, a new business
We aim to revitalize agriculture in Shikoku through tomato cultivation activities into which the latest technology has been incorporated. For our Agri-Farm operations in the future,
we will need to be sensitive to market needs and employ the latest technology.

In 2013, we began the production and sales of tomatoes with high sugar content grown through hydroponics. Specializing in colorful mini- and midi-tomatoes that are in high demand in the market, we have worked to improve our cultivation technology and increase the number of customers to whom these products are sold. By proactively utilizing green LED lights, environment monitoring instruments, and other examples of cutting-edge technology at production sites, we aim to cultivate high-quality tomatoes. These tomatoes are sold under such product names as Midiful, Petitpuyo, and Green Birth through supermarkets, department stores, produce markets, and restaurants across Shikoku and elsewhere. We will continue to pursue initiatives that are intended to revitalize agriculture, an important industrial sector in Shikoku.

We contribute to the spread of CAD technology in local markets while we work to reduce the cost of producing drawings.
We have pursued business development overseas as part of the expansion of our business areas. In 2018, Yondenko Vietnam Company Limited was established in Ho Chi Minh City as an overseas subsidiary that primarily engages in CAD drawing operations for the company. We are working to reduce the cost of producing drawings as well as contributing to the spread of CAD technology in Vietnam through the recruitment of young, highly motivated workers.
